Terms and Conditions of Repair

“By authorizing Almabrad to perform Home AC Repair services, the Customer agrees that all work, including troubleshooting, refrigerant handling, component repair/replacement, cleaning, and electrical repairs, is subject to the following terms: Services are performed on an ‘as-is’ basis for existing systems, and Almabrad is not liable for pre-existing conditions or failures of aged components unrelated to the specific repair. A diagnostic fee applies unless waived with completed repair authorization. Additional costs discovered during service require Customer approval before proceeding. Payment is due in full upon completion unless prior financing arrangements are made. Almabrad warrants labor for +971 4577 1230 days and manufacturer parts according to their specific warranty; however, warranties are void if the system is tampered with or lacks regular maintenance. The Customer grants safe access to the equipment and agrees to secure pets or hazards.
Almabrad‘s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not responsible for consequential damages such as property damage due to system failure after repair. All refrigerant handling complies with applicable environmental regulations.”

Service Basis & Limitations

  • Services are performed on an “as-is” basis for existing systems.

Almabrad is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or latent defects
  • Failures of aged, corroded, or worn components unrelated to the specific repair
  • Damage resulting from improper prior maintenance, DIY modifications, or third-party interventions
  • System incompatibility with new parts due to obsolete equipment

Additional Work & Change Orders

If additional issues, parts, or labor are identified during service, Almabrad will:

    • Provide a written or verbal estimate (with Customer confirmation via SMS/email/WhatsApp)
    • Require explicit Customer approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope

Unapproved additional work will not be performed, and the system will be restored to its pre-service condition where possible.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior financing or installment arrangements are documented in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or approved digital wallets.
  • Late payments may incur a service reconnection fee or affect future service eligibility.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Grant safe, unobstructed access to all equipment (indoor/outdoor units, electrical panels, ductwork)
  • Secure pets, remove valuables, and disclose known hazards (e.g., asbestos, mold, unstable structures)
  • Ensure stable electrical supply and clear drainage paths for condensate
  • Provide accurate system history, including prior repairs or known issues
