Refund and Service Guarantee Policy

At Almabrad, we are committed to providing high-quality home AC repair and maintenance services. Due to the technical nature of HVAC services, diagnostic fees and service call charges are non-refundable once the technician has arrived and performed an inspection. We do not typically issue cash refunds on completed labor; instead, we stand behind our workmanship with a +971 4577 1230-day warranty. If the repaired component fails or the issue persists within this period due to our work, we will return to re-perform the service at no additional cost. Parts replaced are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Any requests for refund considerations must be submitted in writing within +971 4577 1230 days of service completion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Service Completion & Labor

Once AC repair or maintenance services have been completed by our certified technicians, labor charges are non-refundable. We stand behind our workmanship with a [90-day labor warranty]. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period due to our work, we will return to re-perform the repair at no additional labor cost. This warranty does not cover new, unrelated issues or damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors.

Diagnostic/Service Call Fees

A diagnostic fee of  applies to all service visits where a technician assesses your system. This fee is non-refundable once the technician has arrived on-site and performed an inspection. However, if you proceed with recommended repairs through our company, the diagnostic fee will be waived or credited toward your total service cost.

Parts & Components

All parts and components supplied by [Company Name] are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product (typically 1–10 years). Defective parts will be replaced at no cost to you; however, labor for replacement after the initial labor warranty expires may incur additional charges. We do not offer cash refunds for parts already installed.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before your scheduled appointment: Full refund of any pre-paid deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% of the diagnostic/service fee may be retained.
  • No-shows: The full diagnostic fee will be charged.
  • Emergency/After-Hours Appointments: May require a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling.

Exclusions

  • Issues arising from lack of routine maintenance (e.g., dirty filters, blocked condensate lines)
  • Damage from power surges, storms, flooding, or acts of nature
  • Systems that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized third parties
  • Cosmetic issues or noise levels inherent to older equipment
  • “Change of mind” cancellations after work has commenced
